Data Deletion

1. Who we are

Fluxvec Software L.L.C builds AI agents that answer messages on WhatsApp, and on Instagram and Messenger where a client business uses them. We process these messages for our client businesses and in our own demos.

2. What data this covers

• Your phone number or account name
• The messages you sent and received
• Any viewing requests you made through one of our agents

3. How to request deletion

Email info@fluxvec.ai with the subject “Delete my data”, and include the phone number or account name you used. Before deleting anything, we will contact that number or account to confirm the request is yours.

4. What happens next

We delete your data within 30 days of confirming your request, and tell you when it's done. Where we process your data for a client business, we also tell that business, so it can delete any copy it holds. Meta, which operates WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, handles messages under its own privacy policy.
