Not at all. We handle the technical work from start to finish. Your team uses the agent in the apps it already works in, like WhatsApp or Microsoft Teams, plus a simple dashboard. No coding required.

Customer agents run on WhatsApp, with Instagram and Messenger on request. Workflow and knowledge agents run in Microsoft Teams or Slack. We connect them to the systems you already use, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Business Central and Xero, built per project.

Azure is our default, and we also build on AWS or Google Cloud, using models from OpenAI, Anthropic or Microsoft, chosen per project. Everything is deployed in your own accounts, so you keep ownership of the data, the credentials and the system itself. We can also run everything on your own servers, including the AI models, so nothing leaves your building. That needs the right hardware on your side, such as servers with suitable GPUs, and answer quality depends on the models that hardware can run. We check this with you during scoping.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we never use your data to train models. Documents and conversations are stored in your own cloud account, or on your own servers if you run everything on premises.

Absolutely. The services are designed to work together. For example, a workflow agent and a knowledge agent can both live in Microsoft Teams, one working with your CRM and the other answering from your documents.
